Starting counselling can feel like a big step. Many people come to therapy feeling uncertain, overwhelmed or unsure where to begin. My aim is to provide a calm, confidential and welcoming space where you can explore what is happening in your life and begin to move forward at your own pace.
My counselling practice is based in Orpington, where I work with individuals and couples seeking support with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, insomnia and other emotional difficulties.

A Peaceful Counselling Room Designed for Reflection
My sessions take place in a quiet garden counselling room, designed to feel comfortable, private and relaxed. Surrounded by plants, natural light and calm surroundings, the space offers a peaceful environment where you can speak openly and feel supported.
Many clients tell me that having a dedicated space away from daily pressures helps them slow down, reflect and focus on what matters most.
For those who prefer it, I also offer online or telephone counselling sessions.
My Approach to Counselling
Every person’s story is different, and counselling should reflect that.
My approach is integrative, which means I draw from different therapeutic models depending on what feels most helpful for you. These include:
Person-Centred Therapy
Psychodynamic Therapy
CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia)
Imago Relational Therapy
Couples and Relational Therapy
Creative Therapeutic approaches
Together we explore your experiences, patterns and emotions, helping you develop greater understanding and practical ways to support change.
Professional Qualifications and Accreditation
I am a Registered Member MBACP (Accred) with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). This means my work follows the professional ethical framework set by the BACP, ensuring safe, respectful and confidential practice.
My training includes:
CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
CPCAB Level 5 Diploma in Couples and Relationship Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I)
Additional training in trauma, bereavement and psychosocial therapy
Being part of the BACP ensures that my work meets recognised professional standards and that clients receive ethical and professional care.
